Return & Refund Policy

·       Retaining your original invoice is mandatory for any product-related queries, services, or concerns. If there is an issue then the complaint must be raised within 5 Days of delivery.

·       If the physical invoice is not available, the invoice number and date of purchase must be provided by the buyer for verification.

·       Video is suggested to be captured during the unboxing of the product as a proof to avail a return request.

·       Without valid proof of purchase, we will not be able to assist with product-related requests.

·       Once the returned product is delivered to us, it will be followed by verification and the refund will be initiated within 3 Business days (Only through Net-banking or UPI avoiding Cash Transactions)

·       PAVANA JEWELS does not take responsibility for any gemstones falling off or physical damage after the delivery of the product.

·       Some of our jewellery is crafted in 925 Sterling Silver and plated with Rose Gold.

·       Over time, the rose gold plating may fade due to exposure to air, water, perfumes, sweat, or general usage. This is a natural process and PAVANA JEWELS will not be held responsible for fading or discoloration of plating.

·       For repair services, charges may apply depending on the nature of the issue.
